What is Bioplastics?

什么是生物材料?

生物材料是生物基塑料和生物降解塑料的统称。

( a)生物基塑料:即来源于可再生资源的塑料,与传统塑料不同,生物基聚合物来源于可再生资源,例如:糖、淀粉、植物油、纤维素等。其中,玉米、甘蔗、谷物、木材是使用最普遍的原料。

(b)生物降解塑料:在自然界和土壤、沙士等条件下,或堆肥条件下、厌氧消化条件下、水性培植液中等,由自然界存在的微生物作用引起降解,并最终完成降解变成二氧化碳、水及其所含元素的矿化无机盐以及新的生物质的塑料。

Bioplastics is a general term for biobased plastic and biodegradable plastic.

(a) Biobased plastic: Unlike traditional plastic, biobased plastic is derived from renewable resources, such as sugar, starch,vegetable oil, cellulose, etc. Among them, cor, sugarcane, grain and wood are the most common raw materials.

(b) Biodegradable plastic: Either under the conditions of nature, soil, sand, etc or the conditions of compost, anaerobic digestion, water-based culture medium, etc, microorganism from nature functions and causes the biodegradation. When the biodegradation is finished finally, it tums into carbon dioxide, water, elements-contained mineralized inoganic salt and new biobased plastics.


生物降解塑料一一可生物降解、可堆肥 Biodegradable plastic一biodegradable & compostable



普通的塑料袋需要将垃圾袋与厨余垃圾进行分开后才能对厨余垃圾进行堆肥,而采用“尽力” 全降解垃圾袋则不需要分开,省去了人工操作。

堆肥将废物转化成了一种宝贵的资源,可帮助提高土壤质量、减少耕地损失。

生物有机肥与化肥相比:

①生物有机肥营养元素齐全;化肥营养元素只有一种或几种;

②生物有机肥能够改良土壤;化肥经常使用会造成土壤板结;

③生物有机肥能提高产品品质;化肥施用过多导致产品品质低劣;

④生物有机肥能改善作物根际微生物群,提高植物的抗病虫能力;化肥则使作物微生物群体单一,易发生病虫害;

⑤生物有机肥能促进化肥的利用,提高化肥利用率;化肥单独使用易造成养分的固定和流失。

Composting makes the waste to be a valuable resource that can help improve the soil quality and reduce the loss of arable land.

Compared to the bio-organic manure and chemical fertilizer:

①bio-organic fertilizer nutrient elements is complete; only one or several of the fertilizer nutrient elements;

②bio-organic fertilizer to improve soil; fertilizer frequently used can cause soil compaction;

③biological organic fertilizer to improve product quality; fertilizer overuse lead to poor product quality;

④bio-organic fertilizer to improve crop rhizosphere microorganisms, plants resistant to insect pests; fertilizer to make a single crop microbial

populations prone to pests and diseases;

⑤bio-organic fertilizer to promote the use of chemical fertilizers, fertilizer utilization; fertilizer alone could easily lead to the fixed and the loss

of nutrients.
